KalmForge ("we", "us", or "our") provides a headless CMS and live ops platform for game studios. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using KalmForge you agree to this policy.

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and authentication provider identifiers (e.g. Google).
• Studio & project data: project names, configurations, localizations, analytics events, and other content you create.
• Billing data: processed by our payment provider; we store subscription status and invoice metadata, not full card numbers.
• Usage data: log files, IP address, device and browser information, and interactions with the dashboard and SDK endpoints.

3. How we use information

• To operate, maintain, and improve the KalmForge service.
• To authenticate users and secure accounts.
• To process subscriptions and send billing notifications.
• To provide support and respond to your requests.
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues.

4. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share information only with service providers that help us run KalmForge (hosting, payments, email, analytics) under appropriate data-protection terms, or when required by law.

We retain account and project data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us; some records may be kept where required for legal, tax, or security reasons.

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, role-based access controls, and row-level security on stored data. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
